The drawings belonging to this series are multiple interpretations of a landmark in the Italian city of Milan: its iconic cathdral, also called 'duomo'.
The duomo features in these drawings mixed with human faces, all of which resulting in a bizarre blend.
A blend is also the title of the series: the Italian for man (here intended as generically 'person' rather than referring to a specific gender) is 'uomo', hence, the overlapping of 'duomo' and 'uomo' suggested the title D-UOMO.
